Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are administered on behalf of Virago Ladies Fitness LLC / trading as Virago Fitness. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Virago Fitness LLC, registered in the UAE, with its registered office in Ajman, UAE. Virago Fitness LLC maintains the website viragofitness.ae.

References to ‘you’, ‘your’, and ‘yours’—and after acceptance, the member—refer to the individual completing the membership application form or making payment via link/online.

Eligibility

You must be between 11 and 15 years of age and be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian or a Virago Fitness Personal Trainer. Children aged 16+ may attend independently. Individuals under 18 must register in person at our reception.

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

• Masks are required except during intense physical activity.
• Maintain 2 meters social distancing at all times.
• Use the app to book your time slot and present confirmation at reception.

Principal Terms

1. You affirm you are in good health and fit to participate in physical activity.
2. You agree not to use facilities while ill or contagious.
3. All users must read and sign our Member Declaration Form before beginning any activity.
4. Doctor’s approval is required if you are on medication or have medical conditions.
5. Medical conditions must always be shared with your Personal Trainer.

Fees and Charges

A. General

• All prices are inclusive of VAT. Our TRN: 100531098000003.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Payments may be made online or at reception.
• Fees may differ between online and in-person payments.
• Full payment is required upfront. Upgrades allowed per internal rules.
• We do not store or share credit/debit card details with third parties.
• Data privacy is secured but not guaranteed due to internet risks.

B. Recurring Payment

• Recurring payments apply to SILVER memberships only.
• If a payment fails after 5 retries, membership is suspended.
• If unresolved within 30 days, it will be auto-canceled.
• “Price for life” applies unless canceled or downgraded.

Payment Method

• Visa and MasterCard (AED) are accepted.
• Payment confirmation is sent within 24 hours.
• You are responsible for your transaction history and account details.

Cancellation and Refunds

A. General

• Membership is non-refundable. Transfers allowed only for medical or relocation reasons, with documents and management approval.
• Cancellation fee: AED 250. Additional charges may apply (POS, VAT, etc.).

B. Recurring Payment

• Cancelable anytime. Rejoining means restarting payment plan at updated rates.

Freezing Membership

• 3-month: 15 days free freeze
• 6, 12-months or installment plans: 30 days free freeze
• Extra freeze: AED 100 for 30 days (if 7+ days remain on membership)
• Freeze requests must be approved and restrict facility access

Data Security

• We collect only necessary personal and health-related data.
• Your data may be shared with legal authorities or business partners with consent.
• You may request access or deletion of your data at any time.

Health and Safety

• Health forms are required at registration.
• Bring towels, return equipment, and follow staff guidance.
• Use gym equipment at your own risk. Report malfunctions immediately.

Dress Code

• Wear appropriate modest workout attire.
• Rubber-soled sports shoes only. No Crocs or flip-flops.

Lockers

• Lockers are for daily use only. Belongings left behind will be removed.
• Items worth over AED 50 will be held for 1 week before disposal.

Behavior

• Respect staff and members. Abusive behavior leads to cancellation.
• Do not share membership cards. Offenders will be banned and billed.
• Personal hygiene is mandatory. Inappropriate conduct may result in expulsion.

Gym Facilities

• No liability for lost or damaged items.
• No photography or video in changing rooms.
• Opening hours may vary due to maintenance or holidays.

General Terms

• Membership cards are personal and replaceable for AED 50.
• Membership activates from purchase or a deferred start (max 30 days).
• Unauthorized use or training solicitation may result in termination.
• All website links to third parties are used at your own risk.
